Orders can’t be modified or cancel once they are process.
Color may vary due to resolution.
Please check merchandise immediately. All damages must be claim within 24 hours of receiving merchandise. And will be issue a store credit ONLY.
Processing and Shipping takes about 5-15 business days. We have no control over any carriers. Once you receive your tracking number you will have to contact the carrier.
If you are not sure about a particular item please please send us an email with the image. And we will help you to the best of our ability but will be your responsibility to make the right decision for yourself.
All items that are preorder will ship as soon as they are received and check in at our office. Some order may have delays but will be delivered Email us at Boutique@theluxshop.org it take us 24 hours to response. If it’s after hours no response will be sent.
